Matter Made's XVII Exhibition at Milan Design Week
During this year’s Fuorisalone, New York-based Matter Made has been unveiling MM XVII, its latest collection, at Via Pietro Maroncelli. Featuring new works by Faye Toogood, Oeu ce, Pedro Paulo Venzon, Philippe Malouin and Jonah Takagi, the collection includes a range of lighting, furniture and objects that bring together unique combinations of natural materials and sculptural silhouettes. Presenting each piece in the tone of its designer’s signature aesthetic, the result is a collection that takes on its own bold personality; one that is playful, yet refined and functional.
Matter Made is an American manufacturer of contemporary lighting, furniture and objects. Its collections are realized from concept to completion by its in-house design team and in collaboration with the most talented designers working today. Using time-honored methods and the latest technologies, Matter Made produces works that are both minimal and refined with a reverence for craftsmanship and the highest level of finish.
